Terms of Service

By accessing or using PayFluxa ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of PayFluxa, a virtual top-up (VTU) platform that provides airtime, data bundles, cable TV, electricity bills, betting top-up, and ePINs services. By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password confidential and secure
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

3. Services Description

PayFluxa provides the following services:

  1. Airtime Recharge: Top-up for MTN, Airtel, Glo, and 9mobile networks
  2. Data Bundles: Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly data plans
  3. Cable TV: DStv, GOtv, Startimes, and MyTV subscriptions
  4. Electricity Bills: Prepaid and postpaid payments for all Nigerian DISCOs
  5. Betting Top-up: Funding for major betting platforms
  6. ePINs: Examination PINs for WAEC, NECO, JAMB, and others

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

4. Payment and Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Platform. All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Prices are subject to change without notice. Failed transactions will be refunded to your PayFluxa wallet within 24 hours.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts
  • Use automated scripts to access or interact with the Platform
  • Resell or redistribute our services without written permission
  • Provide false or misleading information

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PayFluxa and are protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

PayFluxa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past six months.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos State, Nigeria.
